Christmas message

It’s so simple to spread the difficult lines of our daily basis, to bear in mind how selfish it’s our neighbor, or to recall how intolerable traffic can be, or to remind ourselves that our budget doesn’t fit our bills, its quite a temptation to draw our views toward the dark dots of our days, to notice the heavy weight of our lacks and betrayals.

However, as I understood last night, consumed by own vulnerability and thoughts, life is full of those spots, occupied of those huge details that make you skip peace and rest, full of those war where sacrifice is beyond needs, moments when you get tired of the same bad news or those self-centered attitudes (yours and others), when u realize you are stressed, bursting questions with no answers, with plenty unstraights paths, unexpected changes, but still in the middle of chaos , there are dreams waiting to cope your pillow, still you see the ocean unfolding its waves and turquoise, there are still a couples in love, there is still the strength to fight, the joy to overcome bitterness, that God has granted through his son, Jesus Christ,

So instead of complaining we must face, thank, smile, cause we are alive, cause we breath, we love and we are loved, we win and we lose, and even on losing we find wisdom, even on loneliness we learn how valuable the noisy laugh of our father is, and how good is to hear the annoying voice of mate asking to clean up ur room, we are so blessed, just for the mere fact of having the opportunity to see, smell, touch, feel… love.. Let us rejoice for the wealth of living, of health, of family and let us pray for those who struggling with misery sight.

The true gift of these holidays is to stop our busy agendas for a while, and ask God to teach us to love and to appreciate our existences, and make it count by letting our egos die and our love grow.
Feliz Navidad a tod@s!!
